Do you accept insurance?

We currently accept Aetna and Cigna through a third party biller named Hello Alma.  Medical necessity and a diagnosis are required to submit claims to your insurance provider.

Do you offer a consultation call prior to scheduling services?

Yes, we offer a free15 minute consultation call, where you will have the opportunity to ask questions and determine if we are a good fit for you.  

What is the cancellation policy?

We require a minimum of a 24 hour notice to cancel your appointment.  Less than a 24 hour notice will result in a charge of the full session rate.  

How and where will sessions take place?

All sessions are currently completed via telehealth through our secure online video platform.  A link will be emailed weekly to join our session at the specified date and time agreed upon.

What should I expect from our first therapy session?

Our first couple of sessions are referred to as intake sessions, where we will complete an initial assessment that goes over your history and treatment needs.  We will have the opportunity to review office policies, confidentiality, explore how therapy will work, and further assess whether or not we are a good fit for each other.
